No swallowing this time!
Trevon lost his fifth tooth, but for the first time he did NOT swallow it. He was so proud of it that he put it in a baggie so he could show it to all his friends. He took it to church (which I didn't notice until we got there) and he took it to school. Then came time to put it under his pillow, but the baggie with the tooth was no where to be found. So once again he had to write a note to the tooth fairy and put the note under his pillow instead of a tooth. It's a good thing our tooth fairy is so understanding!

Easter 2007
Happy Easter everyone! I know it's a little late, but better late than never. These are some
never last very long. He really is a very sweet kid. We sure love him, he keeps life interesting.
After the hunt and a trip to Costco the kids were so tired, they fell asleep in Papa's car. If you don't recognize the kid on the right, that is because he is a teenage mutant ninja turtle. Ever since he saw the movie he wears these goggles and says he is a turtle. I have had a hard time getting him to take them off!

CRUISE!!
Brian and I just got back from such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We had such a great time on our cruise. It was a ten day cruise through the Caribbean. We flew to Ft Lauderdale on Sunday afternoon and stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Brian's sister and her husband are working in the Bahamas and they were able to fly over and meet us for dinner on Sunday night. It was good to see them and catch up on things with them. The next afternoon we boarded on the ship an
d set sail at about five o'clock that evening.
Our room was really nice, it had a king size bed, a TV, and a small refrigerator. But the best part of the room was the balcony. It was so nice to be able to sit out there and watch the waves or the sunset. It is so beautiful out on the ocean. We could even eat our meals on the balcony if we wanted.

I'm Done!
Tuesday was the big day. I passed the real estate exam!! I am so glad I got that over with, what a relief. I am taking my papers into the real estate division on Monday, so hopefully by Friday I will have my license in hand and I will be all legal to buy and sell houses. I joined a brokerage called @home realty. I am very excited to get started. I have been so busy lately with school it is so nice to be done.

I can't believe it has been a month!!
I can't believe it has been over a month since I wrote last. These last few weeks have been crazy! I have been going to school to get my real estate license. When I registered for the classes Ifigured it would probably take me a couple of months to get all of the required 90 hours of classes. But once I started I decided I just wanted to get it over with before I forgot everything. I did it in about a month. I passed the school test without a problem and I graduate tomorrow. I take the real estate licensing exam next Tuesday. So as long as I pass I will be all ready to buy and sell houses. We made the decision for me to go get my license because of the family business. We have all these houses we are trying to buy and sell just on our own, and so far it has worked out okay, but as the market changes we felt it would be an advantage to have more exposure through the outlets that only agents have access to. And rather than paying just anyone, we'll be able to put a little extra away for the kids' college or for retirement. I am looking forward to getting started.
So that is my excuse for neglecting my blog. I know I need to do better.

Taylor's Birthday!! again
On Sunday we celebrated Taylor's birthday with the Allfrey side of the family. We ordered a six foot sandwich from blimpie for dinner, and Sherrie made the cutest cake for dessert. I think it was a princess theme that night. She got a cinderella dress up from her cousins Braden and Hailey. From Grandma Jo and Papa she got a princess sleeping bag, a princess shirt and capris, a princess book, some princess panties, a pink purse, and a tinker bell back pack. It was fun for all of us to watch her open her presents and blow out the candles on the cake. She loves everyting she got and we all had such a nice evening. Below are some more pictures from that night.

Swallowed another tooth!

Trevon has had this loose tooth for the past few weeks, but the last few days it was just barely hangin' on. He has lost his two bottom teeth up to this point and both of them fell out on their own and he didn't notice and swallowed them. So with this third tooth just barely hangin' on we kept telling him to try and pull it out himself so it wouldn't get swallowed again. So on Friday evening Brian took the boys to his basketball game. After the game he took them into the locker room and when Brian looked at Trevon he n
oticed the tooth was gone. Brian said " hey you lost your tooth" and Trevon said " I did?" They went back to the bleachers to look for it but without any luck. He had a Twix bar during the game, so we figure he swallowed it just like he had with the others. Lucky for him the tooth fairy accepted a note in place of the actual tooth. I don't know what we are going to do with that kid. Maybe the next one we will just have to pull out ourselves before he swallows it again.

Taylor's Birthday!!
On Tuesday was Taylor's birthday, she turned two. What a big girl she is turning into. For her birthday we had a little family get together on Monday night because Brian had basketball games to coach on Tuesday. The Milam side of the family came over to have cake and ice cream and watch Taylor open her presents. The college chapionship football game was on TV that night so we had to hurry and open the gifts during half time. So all the women chatted about my sister Robin's upcoming wedding while all the men watched the game. I think we all had a pretty good time. On Sunday afternoon we are going to be getting together with the Allfrey side of the family to celebrate her birthday, so I will post some pictures of that next week.
I took Taylor to the doctor on Thursday for her two year old check up. We are extremely fortunate to have a very healthy little girl. The doctor said she looked great . She was in the 70th percentile for her weight and she was between the 95th and 100th for her height. But as her Dad says, she will not be a basketball player, she is going to be a tall lean ballerina. Brian says he would much rather go to a dance recital than a girls basketball game. He says when girls play basketball it is just a hobby not a sport. But we will let her pursue whatever she wants as she gets older. She is such a girly girl I am sure she will choose dance over sports. She already loves to dance for us in her tutu that she got for her birthday. I think I posted a picture of it.
Anyways, I feel like Brian and I are the luckiest parents in the whole world. We think we got the best kids ever. (I am sure all parents feel this way about their kids). We are so grateful for our three little ones. I don't know what we would do without them.
Aren't they cute?
Taylor blowing out the candles
Yeah!! after five minutes she finally blew them both out

Jr. Jazz and Bowling, what more could you ask for?
On Saturday we had such a fun evening. It started with the boy's Jr. Jazz game. It is so fun to watch those little guys play. Then our friends the Lambs invited us to go bowling with them for Madison's birthday. The kids had such a great time. And then to top off the night we all went to Sizzler for dinner. Below are a bunch of pictures from that night. Enjoy!
